Are
Interhouse Corporation was incorporated and registered on April 30, 1980. The corporation first started its residential houses project in 1985 in BF Homes Paranaque expanded from medium-cost to high-cost residential houses in Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City.

In 1991, the corporation expanded its business operation by venturing into low cost housing projects as its contribution to the country’s dire need for more affordable quality homes for the middle and low income groups. The project, Wood Estate Village, Dasmariñas Cavite.

In 1994, Interhouse further expanded its real estate operation by going into construction of high-rise office condominium buildings in Madrigal Business Park, Muntinlupa City. Constructed three (3) high-rise office condominiums namely: Alabang Business Tower, Park Trade Centre and South Center Tower.
In 1997, the company continued to diversify its business by developing its property fronting Wood Estate Village 2 along the Molino National Road into a commercial townhouse complex. The said commercial townhouses were completely sold and the original development plan of the property is for a commercial complex and part residential townhouses.

In 1999, the company decided to look for other business opportunities to develop the one hectare property. One of the options was to construct a school on the property as a social undertaking in answer to the clamor of the homeowners of Wood Estate Village for a high standard of school. The favorable findings has led to a management decision to proceed with the construction of the new school better known as STATEFIELDS SCHOOL, INC., Molino, Bacoor City, Cavite. The school design, layout and construction of the buildings, gymnasium, and other services were done and provided by Interhouse Corporation.

In 2000, Statefields School, Inc. opened its facilities and offered courses in preschool, elementary, highschool and SPED for students with special needs. STATEFIELDS SCHOOL has finally established a name and landmark in Cavite for its high academic excellence and its school facilities as most complete and modern in the country,
